How far is the estate from Mimizan beach?
The estate is located 35 minutes from Mimizan beach
How far is the estate from the Marqueze eco-museum?
The campsite is located 3 minutes by car from the campsite, 5 minutes by bike, 10 minutes on foot.
Is there Wi-Fi access on the campsite?
Free Wi-Fi is available at the holiday village reception and on the terrace.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card, check, bank transfer, cash and ANCV holiday vouchers.
Can I pay for my stay with VACAF checks?
Unfortunately, our campsite does not accept VACAF checks.
When should I make payment for my reservation?

When you make your reservation, you will be asked to pay a 30% deposit within 15 days. The balance is due

pay at the latest one month before arrival.

What are the authorized arrival and departure days ?
During low season, arrival and departure days are optional. During high season, you can arrive or depart on Wednesday, Saturday, or Sunday.
What is the minimum length of stay at the campsite ?
All our pitches and rentals can be booked from one night
Can I choose my campsite or rental number ?
You can let us know your preference by indicating it in the "comments" area when making your reservation (location number, proximity to the restaurant area , etc.). We will do our best to meet your expectations subject to availability on the date of your stay.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we accept pets on our campsites, except for Category 1 and 2 dogs. A supplement of €6 per night per pet will be charged. However, pets are not allowed in the holiday village.
Can a group of minors stay on the campsite?
No, we do not accept groups consisting solely of minors. An adult must be present for the entire duration of the stay. In addition, parental authorization is required for each minor.
Are babies and children counted in the total number of people in an accommodation?
The maximum capacity displayed for our rentals includes all participants in the stay, including children and babies.

Can I arrive after the campsite reception closes? ?
You can arrive until reception closing time. After this time, late check-in is possible up to 2 hours after reception closing time. Please indicate your late arrival when making your reservation.
Can I park my vehicle on my campsite?

On the campsite section, one vehicle is allowed per pitch. On the holiday village section,

vehicles are not allowed.

Can I receive visitors to the campsite?
Yes. Visitor reception is free in the low season and chargeable in the high season (€4/person aged 10+ for more than 2 hours on the campsite).

How big are the campsites?
The pitches vary in size. You will be asked to provide the dimensions of your equipment when you make your reservation.
Are the campsites connected to water and electricity?
All pitches are connected to electricity (16A). Remember to bring a 25m extension cord and a European adapter. Regarding water, toilets are available nearby.
How many people can stay on a campsite?
A maximum of six people are allowed per pitch.
What time can we set up on the pitch?
Pitches are available from 1 p.m.
What time do we have to vacate the pitch or our rental?
Pitches must be vacated by 12 p.m. at the latest. Rental units must be vacated by 11 a.m.
Is it possible to rent a refrigerator?

You can rent TOP fridges directly from reception.

Are barbecues allowed on the pitches?
For fire safety reasons, only electric or gas barbecues are permitted on the pitches. Shared barbecue areas are available on the campsite. Grills are available for loan at reception.

How much is the deposit for a mobile home?
Two deposits are required upon arrival at the campsite: € 3.50 for your rental equipment and €130 for end-of-stay cleaning. These deposits can be paid by check or credit card imprint.
What time can we have our accommodation?
Rentals are available from 4 p.m.
What time do we have to vacate the accommodation?
Rentals must be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest.
Is there television in the rentals?
No, we have chosen not to have television in our rentals.
Is there heating in the rentals?

Yes, electric heating is present in each rental.

Are bed linens provided in the rentals?
Duvets and pillows are provided in all rentals. Bed linen and towels can be rented at reception.
Can we pitch a tent on my rental plot?
No, no additional installations are permitted on a rental site.

Is there a swimming pool on the property?
The campsite is located 200 m from the municipal swimming pool, to which our holidaymakers have free entry.
Are swim shorts allowed?
For hygiene reasons, only swim briefs and boxers are permitted for men.
What are the opening and closing times of the swimming pool?
